Greg Steele has featured all aspects of entertainment in his 25+ year career as professional entertainer. Greg Steele is a character actor that can adapt from warm and caring, to creepy and mean, from hilarious comedy, to serious drama. He was introduced to acting and show biz in 1st grade when he was selected for a school play. This Class Clown was a natural entertainer from the beginning and making people laugh came natural. His father was a musician which led Greg to playing piano and guitar in garage bands during high school. After graduation from the University of Cincinnati in marketing, he has been on a thrill ride that took him from becoming a Ski Patrol in Maine, to a car rental manager in San Francisco, to bartender at the famous Harrah’s Resort Hotel & Casino in Lake Tahoe, Nevada. He quickly progressed to Matre`D in Harrah’s showroom and this is where he met the right people that helped turn him onto a professional entertainer.
Many famous celebrities and super stars of the entertainment world crossed his path and a few took Greg under their wing and pushed him forward. Falling back on a childhood hobby he soon he found his niche as the House Magician. Greg has also worked for other resorts such as Caesars, MGM and Ballys. He worked as the MC at many casino tournaments and was the ringmaster at Circus, Circus, Casino. He and his wife toured as featured circus clowns in the Royal Australian Circus before moving to Cleveland when he landed the role as Ronald McDonald for McDonald’s Restaurants that lasted 12 years. During their heyday, Greg worked for two seasons as the TRIBE’s Baseball Magician where he entertained thousands at the Cleveland Indians home games.
He went back to school to become a certified hypnotist and currently tours nationally as a headline entertainer with his hilarious comedy hypnosis show. He is a first class professional and has years of experience working corporate events, comedy clubs, universities, schools, conventions and other entertainment venues all across the country. He is certified by The National Guild of Hypnotists, a past member of the National Speakers Association and The International Brotherhood of Magicians.
Greg returned to his original love in performing, acting. When the film industry starting taking off in Cleveland, Greg saw the opportunity and jumped onboard. Greg takes classes regularly and continues to expand on his performance. He has appeared in over a dozen films and has already received awards including Best Supporting Actor. He has also produced, directed and added his cinematography skills on the other side of the camera as well. Greg stars as Mayor Ambrose Taylor in the 2017 DVD release of WESTERN WORLD available at video outlets everywhere worldwide.
